What is CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a small-scale farming model creating direct connection between you and your farmer. This relationship allows us to use  the best farming practices while  growing the freshest and most nutritious produce because we know we  have the support of a community of eaters. It builds a stronger food system, supports our local economy, and puts the best food available on your plates!

How It Works

CSA members make a commitment to the farm by purchasing a “share” of the harvest in advance of the growing season. This upfront commitment from you provides the farm with the capital we need early in the year to buy seeds and supplies, and get our fields planted in the spring. In return, members receive a weekly  “share” of the farm’s harvest. CSA members are our first priority and we always give them our best.

CSA Share Options

Spring CSA share

Spring Share

Duration: 4 weeks (May)

This is a greens heavy share with all good things that come early! Salads, microgreens, radishes, salad turnips, spinach, and more!

Full summer CSA share

Full Summer Share

Duration: 20 weeks (June-mid - October)

Our largest share, good for families, folks who like to preserve, or veggie-heavy eaters. This share is the most bang for your buck.

Small summer CSA share

Small Summer Share

Duration: 20 weeks (June-mid - October)

Similar to the Full Summer Share, but in smaller amounts. This share is great for single people, couples, or families just trying out CSA.

Fall CSA share

Fall Share

Duration: 4 weeks (November)

When the season is wrapping up, but we still have so much to offer! The fall share will be heavy in root crops, squashes, and leafy greens, all the goodness to go in a soup pot.

Winter CSA share

Winter Share

Duration: 7 weeks (November-mid - December)

This share includes the fall share but adds an additional 3 weeks of deep winter produce. We continue to have greens for as long as we can!

Year-round CSA share

Every Season Share!

Duration: 31 weeks

This is a combo of Spring, Full Summer, and Winter shares. A special deal for our super fans!

Buy down CSA share

Buy Down Share

The buy down share is just what it sounds like. You purchase credit that can be used either on our online store to be delivered on Wednesday’s or Saturday’s or you can use your credit at the farmers market. You choose exactly what you want and when you want it! This share is great for people who travel a lot in the summer, value choosing their own produce, or love shopping at the farmers market! The drawback to this share over the traditional CSA is that the produce might be more limited (especially in the spring) and the CSA provides a better monetary value.
